Discovered this small business a few years ago when looking for a wine gift for my dad and cannot speak highly enough of their excellent customer service, knowledge, range of wines and helpfulness. Have never visited the shop as live in the South but have been using them a couple of times a year for gifts to be delivered around the UK and they are always so helpful with recommendations within budget and are super quick to respond. A pleasure to deal with!

We have ordered from these guys a few times now. Both experiences were really good. The website is clear, the selection of the wine (that I wanted) is plentiful and the wines arrived quickly and in decent packaging. I can't believe I once spent so much time chasing the Oddbins customer support :/
