I purchased a new car and after the fact notice an huge issue, he immediately took care of it. Colby is the service department is exceptional as well. We recently bought a new vehicle from the Lexus dealer at Arrowhead Lexus located at 9438 West Bell Road. I would like to say it was a very pleasant overall experience . I would like to commend the sales representative which took very good care of us while we were in the process of buying our vehicle, Mr. Simon Walker. Mr. Walker was very courteous and knowledgeable during our whole buying experience. In fact all of the Lexus personnel involved with accomplishing our transaction with purchasing our vehicle were very knowledgeable and dedicated.

One of the things that I was disappointed in that I was never introduced to the service manager. Since service is a big part of the cars worth that should have been done. The finance person was more interested in selling me upgrades than explaining all the numbers to me. I never felt that warm feeling in dealing with the agency and I never expected that I would be leaving my car there that day, it caught me by surprise. the issue on the transfer of my plates was unexplained to me at all. I guess all car dealers have one goal in mind and that is to get the sale. I have only know one auto dealer that treated me like a brother. When buying a new car to them you are a stranger with money. I have come to realize that because buying a new car is not ever a happy process. That's just the way it is. Over all I think they did the best that they could and I am very pleased with my ne w Lexus. One last note I think they should have spent more time on the learning process rather having to come back several times to do reviews. There is a lot to learn on these new models and being in the older generation it takes more time for us to digest all that information. I would buy from them again.

I went to Arrowhead Lexus one Sunday \just to look\. The salesman that helped me was Bob Knoll. He was not pushy and just let me look. Needless to say I was back a few days later and bought a car.
