They have a difficult time figuring out what they're doing. I ordered sand and hardpack a few weeks ago for a walkway I'm building and needed more hardpack. When I called them to get about half the size of the first order, they had no record of selling me anything. I went back again to buy pavers and they screwed up the number of border blocks I'd need after the order was placed and paid for.
