We have recently taken on Killiwerris Adults only Touring Park in Truro, Cornwall and have had to familiarise ourselves with the septic tank system and chemical waste system very quickly. Pellows have helped us to manage this - we would be in a very sticky situation without them! They were polite, patient and exceptionally responsive. Their staff that attended were also very helpful and knowledgable - we will definitely be using them going forward and would highly recommend them for their work and professionalism.

Fantastic company to deal with, visiting a relative in Probus, who is almost 100 years old, realised there was a issue with the drains at her cottage. Called Pellows, even though they were very busy, they managed to slot us into a cancellation. Great job, utterly professional and a great price! Mcauley - the young man who came out was bright, cheery and did a superb job, in seriously bad weather - a credit to the Company. Very, VERY happy, thanks to the whole team! Great communication throughout!
