Normally I never have a problem. There's usually a long wait time, but I'm pretty understanding. However, on my visit today, my sno had many little strings of blue plastic in it. I don't what it is, so I wont be eating the rest of it. Also, I've called multiple times to let them what happened and to give them a chance to fix it, but each time I'm told the line is busy. And, lastly, it has very little syrup. I asked for 3 flavors (and I was worried it might be overrun with syrup) but there's a rather big chunk in the middle of unflavored sno. If i can't reach them by phone, it seems I'll have to go all the way back there and wait in line again for them to fix these problems.

This is the worst bahama bucks location I’ve ever visited. The staff is unprofessional, untrained, rude, and slow. There is never any consistency. I don’t know how you have managed to keep the company name when this location doesn’t follow any of the protocols. The new 9 staff employees the owner mentioned need to have training, even if that means you pull someone in from a different location to train them. Apple pay will not “speed up service “because the payment options are not the problem. Your money would be better spent as the owner to fix your location and train your staff. It’s incredibly hard to believe that the franchisee and or owner of this location care at all with the way things are here.

First time I went they were a little light on the flavoring after waiting 30 min in the drive through. Second time walked inside for much faster service but ended up with the wrong flavor. Recommend ordering inside and taste testing your order before you leave.

Long wait, lots of teenage workers inside standing around, not wearing masks properly. I actually watched the young man working the window pull down his mask, cough into his gloved hand, and then pull his mask back up. My kids snow cones were good but mine didn't have enough syrup. The bottom half was just ice.

Great spot for shaved ice. Especially in this crazy hot texas heat!! A run in the park not too fat and then pull up to this location and cool down. Ideal. Recommend to all!
