The best parillada I found in Punta/Maldonado. The pizza is ok, but the best food comes fresh off the grill. Lomo and chorizo with a nice salad was a wonderful dinner with family on a chilly night.

There food is always spectacular that I and countless others have noticed, is that they used to utilize PedidosYa and great application which tells the custome which restos in the area are able to deliver directly to their homes. All of a sudden Don Joaquín has disappeared from their menus, and it is quite disheartening. Th benefit being that most restos offered special incentives to those utilizing the PedidosYa template. Until this is fixed I may be forced to seek elsewhere. From 5 stars to two in less than two weeks. Please heed this warning people.
