It is a beautiful place and the service is good. However the food wasn't what I expected, there is not a good value for money. I mean, the food is not bad but neither something spectacular, and I found it a little expensive for what it is. One positive aspect: the food presentation

AMAZING! A very nice surprise. We enjoyed every single dish we ordered perfectly paired with a Chilean wine “Mar y Luz” suggested by the Chef. Will definitely come back! Ceviches are amazing!
Was there for dinner. Cool interior. Service was good. Food is fine, but taste is pretty plain. I guess this place is perfect for appero.
Terrible staff. Less than average food. It was my friend’s birthday. We were a group of 12. She had been told by the staff to make 2 reservations for 6 pax per table which she did. She was surprised to find upon our arrival that the staff had cancelled the 2nd reservation of 6 thinking it was a duplicate reservation. What made matters worse was that the manager was unapologetic and rude to my friend who was celebrating her birthday by the way. Instead of solving their error, He proposed to give us 1 table in the terrace and 1 table inside the restaurant which wasn’t ideal. After arguing, we ended up still having 2 separate tables still far from each other but inside the restaurant. There was no commercial geste that was given by the way. Having travelled in Latin America before, I expected rich flavors in my meal which were just missing. It was bland and I didn’t get the value for my money. This is a shame to the Latin American culture where the people are hospitable and welcoming and the food is rich. Gordon Ramsay could definitely include this restaurant in an episode of Kitchen nightmares if you guys want to continue in this business, I suggest that the manager review the principles of restaurant management.
We visited Inka for new years Eve. We booked the table well on advance and repeatedly asked or there's a new year's eve menu and we were told that they didn't. Unfortunately upon arrival we were told that the Christmas menu with 3 drinks at the bar is at 125 per person.. Service was slow and making mistakes. They nearly serve us desert before main. We had to constantly ask for the next course. Otherwise we would still be there. Food was OK but extremely overpriced and far from typical Peruvian. Cocktails limited in selection. Party for NYE quite boring and with limited participation.
Restaurant in the 1K hotel - Peruvian influences food. Food is not bad, good plates to share with very few veggie options. Place looks great, ambiance is not bad, Tower the staff there is extremely unpleasant and snooty which doesn’t really inspire a second visit !
Food is four stars but with the decor and atmosphere, it is five. The chicharrones were amazing, with ceviche being okay. The mains of steak and quinoa al aeropuerto were top notch but a bit pricy. Dessert was delicious and original. For latin food it is definitely pricy but the decor will transport you outside of Paris.
Went there for a Sunday brunch. The settings are pretty nice and seating comfortable. It was a buffet (39e), but very good. The chicken, ce I he, eggs, and gratin were particularly delicious. Deserts were great as well. Empanadas were a bit dry (mainly dough and not much filling)
