First time here and just want to try something unique for local foods. Ordered a Beef mami and taste not bad, the staff who serve me was fine and the foods are not pricey but with normal portion( for me it's a bit too little lol). Worth to give a try anyway for other dishes as well btw the set meals seem not bad
This place is a joke. Every time I go there, the supervisor, or whatever, berates/nag on her crew. Internal issues shouldn't be made public, let alone with your customers. It's unpleasant to dine in such a place plus it shows what kind of management they have. Service is so so

The worst Pares Retiro I have ever experienced. I went to Pares Retiro RCBC Plaza for lunch. I've waited 20 minutes for 1 garlic butter chicken. I asked the crew nicely to follow up my order but she just shouted \Follow up 16\ she didn't even look at me or ask what my order is. I waited for another 15 minutes but the crew just kept ignoring me.I decided to cancel my order.When I approached the crew, she was giving me somebody's order.I told her it's not mine. The crew searched for my order but she couldn't find it.Super nakakawalang gana. The crew asked me \Mam pa cancel nyo na po?\ I said \Oo kanina pa ko dito ang tagal ng service nyo\. Then she just returned the cash. Wala man lang sorry. Wala man lang explanation. Worst service. Please check your crew in RCBC Plaza Branch, they all look pale and indisposed.Super disappointed.
If you need a cheap grub and a pinoy taste, this is one of the places to visit in RCBC Plaza. The pares albeit small in serving is ok. Their food are on the saltier side and seemed dozed with msg but you take what you can get for this kind of price. I like their combo meal set up.
