I was an out-of-state purchaser and from the time I first contacted the dealership until I drove the new car off the lot was less than 24 hours. They had a great selection of vehicles and very reasonable pricing. The only problem I had, was that I needed several follow up phone calls before my paperwork was sent to my local DMV which happened about 2 weeks after my purchase.

Palm Springs Genesis is where I purchased my Genesis. It's the absolute Worst experience I've ever had. The Service Manager went for a test drive and Drove my car Home 85 miles away from the Dealership. The Finance Manager no only said he was out a Road Test the admitted he was on his way home. Now I use La Quinta Dealership which is a 10 Star plus Dealership. I would recommend the Dealership to everyone I know.
