I have been a Laketime HB owner for over four years now and it has been wonderful! While the website may not be the most up to date per the previous review, I feel the only reason that is is because they sell timeshares and are in demand! The boat is always, ready, clean and dependable. We just purchased our second timeshare from them after selling the first, and are so excited to continue the relationship! Being able to board the boat in their yard the evening before launch is the most awesome perk ever, especially if you have ever had to load at the bottom of the dock at Wahweep, it is a nightmare! Lake time offers this to all of their owners, and it also makes it so they inspect the boat, the ENTIRE boat, after each user. Genius! Highly recommend them ! Happy Houseboat owners!

Great time. Had most anything you needed provided. Just add food and bam you got a week long lake trip.
Not sure how you really get them to discuss rentals. I tried the website twice and finally I was emailed back. I replied to the email but no reply. I called and they acted annoyed. Said she was just about to email me back before she was “distracted”. She never emailed me back. She left me on hold for several minutes. The. Finally I could ask specifics. She bounced around and never gave me a concrete answer for the dates I needed. She then promised to do some research and email me back. No email to date. The website is outdated and not kept accurate. Most of the pics are terrible. They are just about the only timeshare option in page so it might explain why they are not too concerned with my business. Was ready to buy but we rented two house boats from the marina for our trip instead.
