Very dangerous atmosphere for your child to be in, where there is a constant threat of abuse of power by teachers who were clearly bullied during their time at school. Of course, the problem is that they couldn't deal with their past experiences like a sensible adult would and thus, feel the need to lash out at their students for their own mistakes in life. Members of staff are extremely rude during parents' evening, and have the audacity to lecture parents on their parenting skills. Teachers are clearly incapable of teaching, and this is only evident in the way they present themselves to parents, lacking in both social cues and an academic nature. School continues to drill their false hopes of \integrity\ and \excellence\ when the fragments are better read as \brainwashing\ and \abuse\. The school has not been inspected by Ofsted for a near, ten-year period and the fact that they still find it acceptable to flaunt their outdated \Outstanding\ rating is both nonsensical and laughable. My son arrives home everyday, upset from the way he is handled by his disgusting teachers, and it always tends to be in the English and Humanities department. Staff typically hold a \White saviour\ persona and this is evident in their CV's where they repeatedly brag about working in a school with disadvantaged, lower-class students. If that does not scream post-colonialism, then I don't know what does. Half of the teachers here transparently detest working here and thrashing their students with their internalised anger is by no means acceptable. As a lawyer, I will be documenting different cases from several parents that have been in touch with me, and the school will be inspected tout de suite.

I am shocked at reviews and standards of this school, which seems more of a prison than a school to learn and educate, my sister always come back and Ive noticed anti social behaviour, and depression, which I won't be surprised it's the school environment, if students do one small mistake they are sent into a room for detention were even dening students the privilege to go rest room, and staying after hours.
I am a sixth former but I left because I saw one of the chefs spit on the plates and food and I reported this but no one believed me. Don’t go to this school, they will delete this message so before you think about going to this school DONT GO

So I was a former student at this school and as much as children do not like school I cannot stress enough as to why you should not take/ send your child to this school. So to begin, I knew lots of children who were bullied and let's just say that teachers did absolutely nothing. People I knew were bullied up from year 7 to pretty much the end of their years at this school. Now if we get on to the behaviour system, they will say they are trying to help but by a child getting sent out they are left in a room, with no window, just a closed door and I can tell you from experience, it is unpleasant and they will not even let you go to the toilet no matter how much you need it. There are many good teachers but I think they are going downhill. Now as for what students are \learning\ it isn't really much. The teachers drill information in your head and then you vomit it in the test. It shocks me that after leaving I now have forgotten almost everything I have \learnt\ at Paddington Academy. The food in the school is horrible and truthfully speaking 70% of the time is under-cooked / raw. They also love to repetitively force the same words in students heads. Hard work, Integrity and of course Excellence. They force it in the heads of students and make the students experience at Paddington Academy unpleasant. This is why I stress that you don't send your child here.
