Following a very expensive, totally ineffective, ear suction procedure I was advised that a follow up email would be sent to my GP with a suggestion for medication.This needed chasing as it didn't arrive. Although I completely understand that these things happen I really take exception to the patronising, rude manner of the reception staff.
