took my computer in because of an electrical fault. They said they would look at it then tell me the cost to repair and if I agreed they would repair it. When they contacted me, I paid what they asked and the silly clerk told me it was repaired, but they hadn't started. Ok, easy mistake to make, to I left it there to be repaired as I had already paid. ONE MONTH later, no news, no call - I had been very busy but this was getting ridiculous so I stopped by to see what was happening. Apparently the guy doing the repair is on holiday! no calls, no post, no notification. I have to come back next week to see what is happening. The service has been terrible. The information offered non-existent. I will not use this service again.

Dreadful service. I will not recommend anyone to take their PC or Mobile phone there to fix it. I was told to fix my laptop in 3 days but still has not fixed it. I went there twice but very annoying answer. They are not even bother to notifying customers. So I am just wasting my time to go there everyday to find the situation. Very annoying. I believe they have no confidence to fix the issue.
