I was having a hard time choosing between two very nice toys when the sales gals recommended a toy by evolved. I was concerned about that particular one because I didn’t know if it would work for me personally. I was told it was amazing and better than the other one I wanted because of the warranty alone. I was told it was a 5 year warranty and the company itself would take the toy back if I wasn’t satisfied. Well after about 120 dollars, I took my new toy home and gave it a shot. Just like I suspected, it didn’t work well for me personally. I kept all of my packaging and receipts, talked to some reps with the company over the phone. I actually can’t return the toy unless it’s broken basically, and I’d just get a replacement. I’m very disappointed as a first time customer. Nothing like spending good money on something that won’t be able to get you off ️

Never had a problem with the staff so far. I respect that they do a job that other people would be uncomfortable with. Honestly would like a job here some day, but finding the application online is a bit confusing. For any wanting to apply I suggest asking them for some help identifying the correct link. Besides that the store is always clean, peacefully quiet and sometimes you have another customer offer a suggestion. Its friendly for being a place you have to be vulnerable enough to go in and get things from.
