Showed up 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork as they requested. Then I sat for 40 minutes and left.

Had an appointment at 8:30 and sat in waiting room for 40 min. finally got fed up with all the people that came in after me being admitted that I made my displeasure known to the staff and walked out. They don’t respect appointments and think that their time is more important than mine. They are unprofessional and rude and therefore I will spend my money elsewhere and find a better practice to do business with. I’ve had this experience with them before over the years and complained about it to no avail so Good Riddens!!!! Don’t need the aggravation.Arrogant morons!

I am a new patient. It was a few weeks before I could get in. But in the meantime one of the nurses called me back within 24 hours to answer a bunch of questions. She was thorough and answered the questions in full. Then, when I showed up for my first appt., wait time was minimal. Office was obviously well-managed. Dr. Hertzig was fantastic. She listened patiently, took the time to respond to our concerns and questions, and fully explained her treatment plan. Nothing was rushed and everything was done efficiently. Highly recommended without reservation.

my son had an appointment on Feb 20,2020 he was in line to check and was totally ignored. One lady was checking someone in someone, another man walked in behind my son and the other lady behind the the desk ask him to step through the doors and she would get him checked in totally ignoring my son was there. was he being ignored cause he was in a wheelchair ? why? it was very rude.

This was my first visit to KCUC. Prior to my visit, they sent me all the paperwork that I needed to fill out so that upon arrival, I wouldn’t have to sit and fill out papers. I was promptly checked in and within 5 minutes was called back to the examining room by a very nice staff member. After providing a sample, I was given a ultrasound test which only took about 5 minutes. Immediately after Dr Pomeroy entered and carried out the exam. He was very thorough, professional and answered all of my questions. The entire appointment only took roughly 25 minutes and I was on my way. Excellent experience.
