As a return customer to Mark Motors, Montreal road, I was aware of the friendly faces and comprehensive service. I actually looked forward to regular maintenance appointments and seeing familiar faces. However during a recent visit I was fortunate to meet Romy Vaughan, a game changer! Romy is more than a sales person, she actually took the time to understand my needs and was able to secure me a smokin' deal on a brand new SUV. No pressure, no lies ( I'm a car chick and always do my research). She ensured all of the details were locked down, and was present for delivery to again make sure all was in place.
