I would highly recommend this agency. Efficient and knowledgeable staff who are happy to assist with any, even unusual, enquiry. They are absolutely amazing! I called a few agents in the area, and Linays exceeds all of them by far.
Never return email or call to view property avoid, they are only amongst friends, market turning not sure how they will survive. No customer service.
Linays assisted me with a rent review on my commercial property where the landlord initially requested a 50% increase. After instructing them, I was delighted to hear that my rent would remain at the same level. I would recommend to any other business owner.
Notice the 5 star reviews are landlords..Avoid these agents. Will not return calls, will not update or get back to you about properties. When they do eventually return an email, it is abrupt, unprofessional and unhelpful. Will even take a tone with you for trying to negotiate, and rather than help you get somewhere with a potential offer, they will not even pass on information to a landlord on your behalf. Unless you are a wealthy landlord with property to sell, with them, you are not worth their time. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.
