Excellent customer service. With less than a week to go we had to ask them to move from a private venue to a hall and they couldn't have been more helpful. Delivery was on time and hugely efficient. Couldn't recommend highly enough - they saved our party!

Hi, The service from bjs bouncy castles was excellent. The bouncy castle arrived on time, was set up quickly and efficiently and was spotless. The team delivering it were clear with instructions and safety needs. The children had an amazing time on it and were properly exhausted – for which all the parents were grateful J.
