Small enough complex (40 units) to be private, but still friendly enough to make new friends. Complex just went through some major facelifts. Very convenient to the grocery store across the street and many restaurants within walking distance along with bars. Very quiet area on the no Drive Beach

I RENTED A CONDO UNIT 106 AT THE INDIES HOUSE THRU OCEAN VIEW REALTY. AS YOU ENTER THE PARKING LOT TO THE LEFT GROUND LEVEL. I STRONGLY FEEL THIS UNIT HAS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE FURNITURE AND WASN'T CLEAN. I ALSO SENT PICTURES TO OCEAN VIEW WITH MY CONCERNS AND TO SHARE WITH THE OWNERS. AS I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER UNITS AT THE INDIES HOUSE WHICH WERE OVER THE TOP LIKE HOME. I ALSO HAD ANOTHER ISSUE WITH THE PATIO DOORS ( SALT AIR, RUST) COULDN'T LOCK AND THE DOORS ARE IN BACKWARDS MAINTENANCE IS DEFINITELY NEEDED YEARLY. AS I SIT AND THINK RIGHT FROM WRONG. I GUESS THE MONTHLY FEE IN POCKET IS ALL THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT. WE WILL NEVER RENT UNIT 106 AGAIN. WE MET MANY OWNERS WHO WILL RENT TO US IN THE FUTURE. CHRIS
