Did the peek a boo package and did not get the small video clips on the cd . The tech didn’t really know what customer service meant we tried talking to her and she could care less what we would ask or say . Just not a enjoyable time with her if your in the industry of doing sonograms and showing people there babies that’s a awesome experience and she doesn’t make it a great experience. People are excited and she’s definitely a downer . She did try to get my stubborn baby to show his face but he wasn’t having it . Replying back to your owner message this was the only place I could . Since you guys think that answering questions with a short one response is the best way to talk to your guests then so be it but I’m not the only one on here who has said the same . Just cause my grandmother who has never been to ultrasound says that was lovely doesn’t mean she was talking about your tech! She mentioned it to me in the car as we left that she wasn’t that great . Were you in the room with us?? Cause I’ve been in a room with another ultrasound tech and they were great and uplifting and enjoyable. For the video clips we looked through them five times no clips so maybe it’s a error I don’t know . I’m just explaining what’s not showing on our part . I did mention she tried to get our baby to move since he was being stubborn . So please don’t tell me how my experience was different then how I felt or the other three people felt as well .

I made an appointment a week or two in advance, and then received a voicemail the morning of saying they couldn't see me at that time anymore. They offered me another time earlier in the day that I couldn't make it to because my husband is working. I've tried calling back multiple times today to talk to someone and left a few voicemails, and still haven't heard back from them. I'd love to know why I suddenly couldn't be seen at my appointment time. A gender check is something many parents look forward to and to suddenly cancel it for no given reason seems unprofessional and rude.

We went here at 15 weeks to get the gender.. the tech was amazing, and was very active with us and my daughter! The overall experience was awesome. Its small, clean, and quiet! We got the video and pictures which were awesome quality! We have another appointment on Saturday as im now 36 weeks and we couldn't be more excited!
