This is the biggest ripoff ever. They even swore by God that they would sell my timeshare and then took my money and ran. Mr Harold Blue specifically said he was a believer and had been healed by God and promised he would never take advantage of me. I pray he repents and truly turns his life around before it’s too late. I’ve received several calls since they convinced me to pay that initial fee to sell my timeshare, trying to get me to “upgrade “. Fool me once shame on me...never again!!

Only because this is the lowest possible rating. Timeshares by owner will take your money. They aren't even great at making it look like they are doing something. They continue to call the property I \own\ by the wrong resort name. They won't call you back if you get \disconnected\ when that \disconnection\ was their fault. They do not listen when you disagree with them. The person helping you today will not be the one to help you tomorrow. They will interrupt you if you question them. They will ask for more money if your property does not rent or sell. I have had zero requests for renting or purchasing my property, and they will say that it is because you had it marked as non negotiable. I agreed to lowering my rental and sale prices based on the inactivity and their recommendations. If my price is non- negotiable, it's because they listed it that way. I have trusted them to work for me, and I'm sure that can pull records to show they've called me and put an ad on their website for me. Bottom line, this company is not one you want to do business with.
Sold my timeshare for way more than I paid for it.
