Great charter bus service. Caio Roe and Bryan Garcia was very helpful with the customer service. I did not know how to use the Bluetooth and HDMI on the charter bus and they guided me so that I could play the video to our students who were going on field trip to the Brevard Zoo.

How this company has a great review is beyond me, I definitely fell for them. I will state that my company had a complicated drop-off at Disney Springs as we had gotten special approval to park in a VIP spot by Disney. I tried to communicate this with that staff multiple times (even sending over a detailed picture of the drop-off location via email and calling a few times). The team speaks very little English, so it was extremely hard to communicate with them. We ordered two mini-buses, and I called to confirm the day of, and the company had obviously forgotten to book the second bus. Come pick-up, there were two COACH buses that showed up which was not what I ordered, knowing they would be too large. I will agree that Disney Springs is not easy to drive around, but the driver didn't know where he was going, having to make some pretty sharp turnarounds. At the end of the night, I called ahead to have the buses ready where they dropped us off and the driver said he could not pick us up there, and was not able to explain why. I called back after trying to figure out where to take the large group and he said he was where he dropped us off. So I took the group to that spot and no one was there, I called him and then he said oh, I will be there soon. Nearly 10 minutes later the driver shows up and pulls into the wrong lane to the parking garage and it takes nearly 5 minutes to backup. Needless to say, the experience was not great. Communication was terrible, I did my best to communicate the drop-off over the phone and through email well in advance before the event. Would not recommend using this company, and do not plan to use again.

I book with them on Friday January 25th for my group. Amazing customer service. Had the driver information 48h before the trip start. Driver ( Michael) was very courteous, on time and professional ( ask for him when you book). The bus is very clean. I recommend.

Just AWESOME!!! Saved our trip, truly! So manny of us would be stranded. Spirit airlines dumped us in Sanford instead of Orlando at 11pm. The driver kept in touch with us the whole time, helped us navigate through the airport & got us picked up in express time. Then he drove us all the way to our universal resort and assisted with our luggage. Caio, Alex, and Liz secure 3 new motorcoach for our trip last minute! Thanks again.
