Great experience!! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, when I arrived Anthony took all my details, explained what my car needed and provided a loaner. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I received a text letting me know that there was a few additional issues that they would be happy to take care of them. A few hours later I got a call to say my car was ready. I picked up my car and was on my way. This was a wonderful experience and Anthony was a delight to work with.

Tony was a great service coordinator. My Lexus clock stopped keeping time And Tony was able to activate my extended warranty to get it replaced. He also went beyond by researching whether or not I could have time shown digitally on my dashboard. He even By looked through my car manual and checked out options on my dashboard display. I really appreciate the time he spent in my case. He was always polite and pleasant to work with. I would like to work with him again in the future.

My first time going to Lexus of Orland and the team was great! Sammie was stretched really thin with 4 customers and he still managed to sell me the SUV I wanted. Bob really made the pricing attractive and I couldn’t leave without getting the car I wanted. He even took my trade-in with the spare tire on - funny I got a flat driving in to test drive. Overall experience was great and Mike in finance really found me the best interest rate. Thanks guys!
