I lived here over the summer and enjoyed it! Randi in the office is super awesome and helpful. They have at least 2 awesome events for the residents each month and the people that live there are nice and welcoming. When I lived there the WiFi wasn’t that great, but I’ve heard that they’ve upgraded since then so that’s good. Overall it’s an enjoyable place to live

I've already lived at The Village for a year and I've absolutely loved living here! Just started a contract for another year. Being right next to UVU, the freeway, a Walmart supercenter, and a UVX bus stop makes the location perfect, not to mention the free shuttle to UVU. I have only had positive experiences with Katie, the manager, and the rest of the Village staff. They're enjoyable to work with, and make you feel like friend. Jared, a maintenance worker, is especially friendly and efficient and does an outstanding job. Work orders are resolved quickly, and they're always working to improve the apartments and property. By far the best student housing experience I've had from the various complexes I've lived in in Orem and Provo.
Lived at Village on the Parkway for 2-years and it was great! Great community, management was fabulous and so friendly, and the complex would try to host activities during each month. The prizes were great! Lots of people who like to play at the volleyball and basketball court and the pool are is always busy. Great place for anyone looking to be in an active apartment complex to make friends and have fun outside of college classes.
I recently helped my daughter move into Village on the Parkway. We had a bit of a challenge with unusual timing of the move-in and were expecting this to be difficult. Working with the Village on the Parkway office turned out to be a breeze. Few places I've worked with are more accommodating and flexible! Randy and Katie couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
Village on the parkway is great. I’ve Lived here for a year and really enjoyed it the office staff is really helpful. There are a lot of amenities that make it better. The shuttle is really nice for getting to school, and plus it’s in a really good location close to UVU
I have been living just over 2 months and honestly I have zero complaints. The staff want to help and maintenance is done quickly and easily. The free shuttle to UVU is super awesome if you don't have a car and the complex is located right by a good bus stop as well. With lots of other amenities this is a great apartment complex!
This place is amazing!! Totally recommend if you’re looking for a place in the area. The people that work there are super nice!
My daughter has lived there for several months and has had such a great experience. They have done weekly activities (until covid shut that down) and the management creates an environment where everyone can be involved and get to know each other, and have a great time. It's a very social place to live.
