I had Lasik surgery at the Manchester clinic in January 2020 and it has been life changing!! No more lenses! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Everything from start to finish was fantastic, extremely professional staff who allowed plenty of opportunities to ask questions and seek reassurance. After my surgery I was experiencing some discomfort in the waiting room. The staff recognised this and really looked after me, taking me to a darker side room and giving me extra eye drops. They even arranged a taxi for me to get home safely. They were absolutely amazing! I was told it could take several weeks or months for my eyes to adjust and improve. However I went back 24 hours after surgery for an eye test, and was already better than 20/20 vision, way above driving standard! There is no pain involved, and a day or two of discomfort is worth every second! After being short sighted for 25 years and wearing lenses for 20 years I'm absolutely delighted to wake up and be able to see instantly! 6 months on I have been discharged and couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Visited Optimax this morning for a consultation. All the staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Amanda the consultant, covered absolutely everything I’d need to know and give me different options on the various treatments available and after care advice. Fantastic service.
I got my laser eye surgery done from here after optical express Trafford centre gave me such a poor experience. The staff at optimax have been fantastic, from the consultation, to the aftercare has been fantastic. Yes, it was a very hard and scary decision however it is the best thing I’ve done. It is great to be able to see. The staff have been very polite, accommodating and have really catered my needs. To anyone who gets it done there are slight dry eyes at times as side effects I’m hoping over the next few months they disappear. So far 3 months post surgery it has been good.
