They are currently only taking appointments due to covid. My girlfriend had just scheduled an appointment a couple hours before we went in and they had almost all of their slots open. I walked in and asked if I could schedule an appointment, and the male staff member at the front decided to get a snooty tone because I hadn't already scheduled one. They are able to schedule at the desk, FYI, he just didn't feel like doing so. I just walked out and will not be donating with them again.

It was clean and comfortable, intake was painless with the new digital questionnaire. The staff were all friendly, Easy to talk to, and some were even fun! It had been a long while since I had donated and they made it very easy to get right back into it and were very appreciative. Thank you!

I was in just yesterday to give blood Platelets and I have to say that it was probably the most comfortable blood draw I’ve ever had in my life I got there early and the staff let me in for coffee and snacks Then made sure I didn’t get skipped in line When it came down to the blood draw I was given hot pads, blankets, tums and amazing customer service from everyone. I felt like I was in the first class of first class for blood drawing haha And when I was done they made sure I got more snacks and coffee. I felt spoiled as heck y’all got it down on customer service!

Wish I could give them a 4.8, only detractor is constant phone calls to ask for donations until threatened to stop donating if they didnt stop with the almost weekly calls. I understand the need but..... Now I am more happy to donate when I can without constant reminders! Great folks that care! Thanks for your work
