I had a wonderful experience at Bob Moore Buick GMC. Several weeks ago I was looking for a used car for my twin boys that just turned 16. I found one here that fit my budget and was in good condition, so I decided to try and make a deal. The salesman that helped me, Josh Caldwell, was fantastic. He was easy going, no pressure, and very personable. From start to finish I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour, which is unheard of. This was probably the easiest, smoothest, and fastest car-buying experience I have ever had. A couple weeks after I made the purchase I had a follow-up question. I sent Josh an email and he called me back in less than two minutes from the time I hit send. Service after the sale is something that is rare these days, but I have been very impressed with Josh and the entire team at Bob Moore. Highly recommend!

Garron Garcia did a fantastic job helping us with our new Toyota 4-Runner purchase. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and he led us through the entire process with ease. All questions, comments, and concerns were addressed promptly. Overall our visit became the best car buying experience we have had. Shout out to the GM George Miller for the kind service as well. Eric in finance was great too. We will definitely be back in the future and love our new vehicle!
I waited while the vehicle was serviced, and it was not that long of a wait. After service was done my service advisor, Alec went above and beyond helping me with an infotainment issue I couldn't figure out. Everybody at the dealership was very professional and courteous.
Paul was awesome and remember my name, which made me feel as if he cared. He keep me inform with every step. Good service.
My experience was great. Paul got my car checked in quickly, and at the same time did a quick diag due to my check engine light. He told me the possible issues per the print out. From there GM did a full diagnostic while changing the oil and rotating my tires. The work to be done was going to take the weekend to complete. Paul provided me with a loaner car in a matter of minutes and I was on my way home. He called me the day he said my car would be done. Checking the loaner in, paying my bill, and getting my car was a fast process, and i received a receipt via email. Paul and the GM team did an awesome job. All in all Bob Moore's Service Dept is everything a great service department should be about. I definitely will be back. The waiting area was nice and clean as well as the bathrooms.
