The lines are long and slow ! I thought they were suppose to improve services at the Secretary of State, according to promises made. This site is a mess. Secondly, they changed forms for getting a handicap decal. I brought a previous signed form from my doctor that was approved last time. My doctors office were not aware of the change in forms. After back breaking stand in a long line. I was told that they no longer take that type of form, and they gave me an updated form top have my doctor fill out . So i would have to go through this same experience again.”””” I’m so frustrated with the services in this location. . I will not do business here again. Last, the lady that serviced me, was not very kind. She was very were arrogant. I wish there was a zero added on the rating, because that is what i would give.
Went to the Oak Park office, the clerk I had was so helpful . I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Loved being there with an appointment instead of waiting in an office for hours. Great job!
I was pleasantly surprised at the order and swiftly service. Although the appointment was made on 10/20 for the closest available date of 1/21!! I had almost missed because I forgotten!
Efficient and friendly. With appt. there was only 4 people ahead of me. Very quick process at the window.
