Arriving home after the holidays my car battery was completely dead having not been used for four months. I called for an emergency start and drove the car to Emil Frey Nyon where I was graciously received without even calling for a rendezvous. As the battery is dead and they have none in stock I asked for a lift to the station, and they will look after my car and even do the service I missed if at all possible tomorrow

When buying a car, it's a long and thorough decision, prior to purchase. At Emil Frey of Nyon, we had the chance to have Monique guiding us through the whole process in a soft, gentle, professional and kind manner. It took us a few visits prior to final choice, but at no point did we feel under pressure of anything. This garage and its manger are terrible, don't be fooled by the range of large car brands it sells. My vehicle remained at this garage for 11 months. Emil Frey refused to repair a known warranty fault, eventually with legal aid and continued direct contact with the manufacturer it repaired the vehicle. Not without some incredible attempts (from both) to avoid helping. My advice - stay well stay clear of Emil Frey and research the car manufacturer you choose as no matter how big the car manufacturer is, there is no guarantee it will be willing to help you resolve a problem, in my experience at least it will do its level best not to help. Thank you Landrover also for nothing.
Worst service ever I have seen in a garage in Switzerland, had to buy a lot a spare parts for a Range Rover on which I had and accident... Expensive parts...and I have been treated like I had to pay them just to speak to them...stay away
