Have to say it's a rather negative experience. Compared to 9ther shops, they have put in a very strict one way system that is not at all accessible friendly. adds a significant amount of walking around the store and staff are totally rude and not willing to understand. I will definitely go elsewhere till this is sorted

It's great for everything you want with plesant staff
Couldn't see what we wanted, asked a young staff member who checked out the back, came back and told us they had some but the fork lift was needed to get them so might be a bit of a wait. Told him how many we needed and we had them in ten minutes. Brilliant service.
