Absolutely great day. Debbie is fantastic, very knowledgeable and able to put things across in a way that is easy to understand, she is also very amusing. We booked the one day course after attending a free tasting at the Nottingham food festival with her, it was a great idea as the one day course was all it says it will be. Just the right amount of wine with a good variety of wines, lunch could be improved as while it tasted good there could have been more of it although Debbie said she would be taking this up with the hotel. I would recommend this to anyone.

What a fantastic night! My wife and I have never been to a wine tasting session before but will certainly be going again. Debbie ran the class which focused on New World Whites V Old Worldf Whites. We were made at ease quickly and enjoyed learning about the wines.
Debbie is very entertaining and informative. We attended one of her gin events and had a huge amount of fun learning about different styles of gin and tasting through some well-selected examples. We went with friends and we all said afterwards how amazing it is to experience the way a gin’s flavour can be enhanced or change with the right accompaniment. I am now thinking more clearly about the occasions I might drink gin and the garnishes I could use. I highly recommend Debbie and the Notts Derby Wine School and we will definitely be back another time!
Fantastic wine and cheese tasting Debbie the tutor was very knowledgable and made the evening fun and enjoyable. Excellent wines and very generous cheese portions. Great value for money, highly recommended.
