I loved working for this company, I worked with them for about 2 years the staff was always nice to me and understanding, I couldn't wish for a better company to be one of my first jobs. They were amazing and I will truly miss working for them. Management is always there if you have an issue and always made you feel welcome to talk to her, whether it was face to face or via phone and email. Really a great company to work for and will always stand by that no matter what others say.

Horrible Receptionists and rude staff. Sevacare sent an email asking for more carers in NG8, after I asked if I could fill the job in they was laughing at me really rudely. The staff in the reception act as if they don't need our help. SEVACARE NEEDS MORE CARERS IT'S A FACT. So why are they being rude and also when I was talking to them about my paycheck which CAME LATE they was conspiring with each other around the office, thats my confidential information I don't want anyone to know. WORST CUSTOMER AND STAFF TREATMENT DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY!!!!!
When all the positive feedback you get on google for a place has been put on by the management themselves then that should speak for itself as of how good a place & company these guys really are. Very rude, hypocrisy within the work place, unprofessional staff who are not trained in basic customer service never mind health and personal care, lied to at your face and on many occasions over a number of years had differences with them. Staff get paid for missing calls that head office are not aware of, they are not helpful and don't respect clients houses. They have foul language and talk on mobile phones whilst trying to care for clients. I could go on forever but I shouldn't need to and neither going to waste anymore time.
Very nice place to work. Staff very caring and higher management are very supportive. I wish the company well.
Happy place to work! management is supportive. Service users are lovely to work with.
