Ellie Joyner

Excellent teaching from experienced and skilled instructors. Various classes available which can be attended flexibly and compliment each other. Large training rooms, range of equipment and gym available. My confidence, strength and fitness have improved since training here. There's not a macho atmosphere and I've always felt comfortable training. Will suit beginners to experienced martial arts student, definitely recommend.

Excellent for all round martial arts training including weapons. Owner and chief instructor is a master and also a world champion. Other instructors all good. Plenty of kick and punch bags and a weight training area.
