This used to be a great vet but unfortunately the service has slipped considerably. My last experience I was trying to explain to the vet the health problems of the dog as they walked away from me and I had to explain to reception I hadn't finished explaining what was wrong. The dog came back with a list of meds and no explanation of why they were prescribed. Difficulties also when trying to get repeat meds or seek advice. I'm sorry but I can't give a higher rating because the care & service have both went down in my opinion.

We have had quiet a few problems with our husky , she is the centre of my world ️ I trust all the staff at voys vets the work they have put into ASHA is heart warming ..at this moment in time hugs are not allowed, I have no words for their incredible work and time and patience with me ..thee best vets worldwide
