I don't give five star reviews lightly but the air source solar assisted domestic hot water system installed by Wise Green Energy just over six months ago gets the full five. In all honesty it just works. I get loads of hot water and to be fair it takes longer than an immersion heater to heat up a full tank, but that only becomes an issue when the whole family needs a shower at exactly the same time. The main benefit has been the dramatic drop in energy costs. My electricity bill has gone from 230 to 56 per month, an enormous 174 saving and much higher than estimated. Your mileage may vary but we do use a lot of hot water every day. There were efficient installers who left my property perfectly clean and tidy, with full honest information from Wise Green. I'm very happy with 174/m savings, if it keeps saving me at this rate it will have paid for itself in less than five years and could be even less than four. It also feels good to be helping the environment now we are using a whole lot less non-renewable energy. Recommended with a true full five out of five stars.

We were attracted by the simplicity of converting the freely available air to a hot gas, day and night. We are able to enjoy hot showers at 8am with enough hot water during the day for any other uses. We are very pleased with our decision to go ahead with the conversion. We were very impressed with the quality of the work done, the obvious skill, dedication of time and considerate manner of the mature fitter.

Had our solar assisted heat pump fitted 12 months ago. The fitting was straight forward. It has been worthwhile as we are now seeing savings on our energy bills. The unit uses a small amount of electricity while it is operating but there is always a good supply of hot water for our needs. The only caution is to be careful where the unit is fitted. Ours is in the first floor airing cupboard and the hum from the unit while it is operating takes some getting used to. Nevertheless, we are very pleased with the heat pump and cannot fault the friendly efficient service from Wise Green Energy.

I have now had their system for hot water from an air-source heat pump for nearly two years and it has operated without a hitch through all seasons and types of weather. No need for adjustments or remembering to switch it on or off. In fact, no need to think about it at all. Constant hot water, lower gas bills and much less wear and tear of the gas boiler. A 5-star company giving excellent service. I'm now thinking about their air-conditioning air source unit for our conservatory and planning to have it installed for summer next year.

Wise Green Energy claimed their technology could reduce our heating bills and be greener at the same time! It immediately sparked an interest with me as I had worked as an engineer in refrigeration with a good knowledge of how reversing the principle can produce incredibly efficient heat. We subsequently had a very friendly and informative visit to discuss the principles of the technology further and to assess the feasibility of using the technology in our property, for me it felt like a 'no brainer' to progress things further. Next we had a technical survey visit, to check on complete suitability and advise us on the best positioning of the unit, we found a suitable place for our needs and could then look forward to getting our new system installed! On a date and time agreed, we had two very pleasant engineers arrive and in no time at all the system was up and running providing us with the 'GREEN' warmth we were initially promised, very satisfying indeed! We were provided a thorough tuition on the operation of the system before the two engineers left. Every thing was finished within a day , all spotlessly clean and a very professionally efficient process from start to finish. The results proceeding the installation of our new system have been fantastic and we can truly say it lives up to all expectations with no alterations to our life style. We are more than happy with our purchase and the advise we received from Wise Green Energy and would be keen to encourage others to talk to them to look at a greener, cheaper alternative way of producing energy. Admittedly It can feel like taking a bit of a leap of faith, but some leaps are worth taking and can pay off, ours certainly has.
