Not recommended. Their valuations are wildly high. Their descriptions are inaccurate. One property: Fully double glazed with UPVC - not the case, one window was wood framed with secondary glazing Laminate flooring in kitchen and conservatory - it was vinyl flooring Floor plan totally inaccurate - shows corridor from front porch between the lounge and bedrooms, actually opens into lounge. Window to back bedroom shows on outside wall, actually opens and looks into conservatory The \video\ which accompanied the online description was laughable! It was the same picture of each room as the photo, just a zoom in and back out ! The owners were not local so Property Shop looking after and monitoring viewing Advertised as gas central heating, they had no idea where the boiler was Outside buildings not locked, so, an item in the garage which was promised to me mysteriously \disappeared\. Owners confirmed they hadn't removed it. Property Shop ignored 3 emails to them about it. Makes me wonder why. Guilt? The item has to have been stolen, it was valuable, the garage wasn't locked and neither was the gate, allowing access. A consolation is that there is now another Estate Agent in the village, a CHOICE.

I bought a house through The Property Shop recently and no complaints, they were responsive and helpful and got my questions and queries sorted out
As a local house builder in the broadland area i have to say that I have used The Property Shop on several occasions to market properties on my developments. They are always professional , friendly and hard working on my behalf . I intend to keep them as my agent for my future housing sales.
Guys please be aware I view a house through the property shop and make an offer and they didn’t even phone me back ! I actually spoke to a lady and said call me back in three hours and I will make an offer !!! I had to call back myself three days later after no call back and was told the house had sold ?? What if my offer my offer was higher ???? Estate agents are meant to get the owner the best price . Not the property shop in Acle . CRAZY !! I just want everyone to know not to use them if they won’t even call you back to make an offer , how are they still in business . I always try and use local businesses to support them but I defiantly won’t be using he property shop again that is for sure . There are other and better local estate agents that want my business and will actually call me back that I will be using in NR13 !
Appalling service, I do not recommend them to anyone as they are unfriendly, unresponsive and not professional. Anyone looking to use them I highly recommend you find somewhere else as they aren’t helpful at all and if anything are the definition of stress! They don’t even deserve one star.
