The customer service at Norwegian has got to be the worst I've ever experienced. I called the main line and corporate office only to be told about their policy of not listening to customers and quoting their policy on how they deal with customers. The issue is I paid for a cruise to sail May 10, 2020 which included round trip airfare and 3 promotions. They upgraded me to a cruise for May 2021 with 5 promotions and no airfare. When I asked to have my money refunded they told me I could get a credit only. That is not acceptable from a cruise line that is in financial trouble and stock prices have dropped 80%. Without a bailout they probably won't be in business by May 2021. Do not do business with Norwegian at this time.
