This will be my third Lexus over the course of about 17 years of a relationship with Lexus of Northborough. I wouldn't go anywhere else...PERIOD. I have been truly blessed with some really great sales and service people whom have gone OUT of their way to do right by me and go the extra mile in every sense. They are first class, honest, and do everything they can to make the car right if service is needed and the best deal possible when looking for a car. The most recent Sales Gentleman was Mr. Eugene Oppong. We immediately liked him when he greeted us immediately. He was down to Earth, knowledgeable and I felt he was truly honest with everything and transparent in the \deal.\ There was ZERO haggling with the price because we knew we got the best deal possible. We have also been graced in dealing with Mr. Mitch Cook. To say we are fortunate in knowing him through our relationship with Lexus of Northborough would be an understatement. I respect him wholeheartedly and he makes me proud to be part of the Lexus of Northborough family. I wouldn't go anywhere else but this dealership because of my strong loyalty to him and who he is as a person and most trusted Businessman.
Lexus of Northborough is a top notch dealership. I am a long time client of theirs because they go the extra mile for me. The sales folks are responsive and accommodating. I felt not only excited about my new car but the customer service was outstanding, like non other. Everything about the vehicle was explained to me in great detail. I felt like I was with family.
