Whilst looking to purchase a second hand Mini I approached Wollaston branch and was immediately happy with the customer service. As I began to look around outside, I was approached by one of the managers; Darren. He was very welcoming, polite and happy to help. Upon asking further questions he asked one of his colleagues; Gareth, to help. Again, the customer service from Gareth was outstanding and this continued through to the point of a successful sale and a very happy customer! I feel that Darren, Gareth and the other colleagues that assisted me at Wallaston Mini went above and beyond and were not in any way pushy. I would definitely recommend this branch if you’re looking to buy a Mini

I recently picked up my Mini Cooper from Wollaston Mini; to say that I have been absolutely impressed with both the car and the service I received would be a vast understatement. With regard to the car itself... I had originally intended to test-drive a few cars (the Mini being the first), but after a few minutes driving the Mini, I really didn't want to continue my search. It's a beautiful car to drive and I am incredibly happy with it.. The service I received - from Lawrence Hayward - was second-to-none. He was incredibly helpful and gave me all the information that I needed. At the same time, there was absolutely no pushy sales talk whatsoever; he simply laid out all the options in front of me, so that I could make the best choice. Additionally, I asked for a few things to be done to the car before I picked it up and he facilitated this with no fuss. In fact the car was ready for collection a day before it was due to be! I can't thank him enough for his assistance and as I said to him at the time, he made the whole transaction completely painless. I have no hesitation in recommending Lawrence and Mini Wollaston to others. Thanks!

A big thank you to Andrew Woodhouse at Mini for helping me with my purchase of my Mini Cooper S. He made the whole process really easy, from start to finish. He sent a personalised video of the car beforehand and was incredibly helpful and friendly on the day when we met him and took the car for a test drive. He ensured I received a fair deal for part exchanging my old car and didn’t push me to buy extras but gave me my options so I could make an informed decision. I got my new Mini last week and the service I received at Wollaston from Darren Kench was amazing. There was no pushy sales, just super friendly and helpful. The whole process, Darren was amazing keeping me in the loop with what was happening, nothing was too much and I felt totally at ease making such a big purchase. I'm so soooo happy with my new mini, it's a total dream. I know if I ever want to trade up or get another new car in the future, i'll be going back to see Darren.
