New Look Car Valeting

Had my seats cleaned today. The appointment was for around midday but at 12:40 no sign so called, they were on their way. Came to my place of work and asked if they could have access to the electricity as they didn't think there was fuel in their generator. I had to decline, not a conversation i want to have with my boss!! next they asked for a bucket of warm water, also not expected from 'mobile valeting'. Once they got going the job was done quickly, half an hour tops. They left without providing seat covers and i know it will take at least a day or two to dry properly. I had to provide my own. Seats were clean but will not be using again.
