After 5 months of lockdown I was itching to get back into a hot yoga studio and stumbled on Levelup. From my first phone conversation with the owner, to the outstanding teachers, to the sense of community I felt from my very first in-studio class, my experience has been outstanding. If I could give this studio 10 stars- I would! Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome, and for all the sweat sessions.

I have been practising yoga and for the last 16 years of my life and it has helped me stay clear, healthy, positive and balanced in all aspects in my life. I do also tap into the flow of Reiki Healing energy to keep my vibration up! I have only been practising Bikram yoga for the last 6 years but have come to love it since it has nothing to do with your wrists and has a lot of back bends and heart openers incorporated in its practise. I'm so happy that Levelup Hot Yoga has just opened this January in an existing yoga studio. I'm not teaching any more but I am certified Yoga and Pilates instructor so I can really appreciate good teachers. Although I love the classic 26 postures Bikram has put together I do believe every body type is so different, if you notice tightness after your practise try opening your feet a bit and feel a world of difference in your hips and lower back. Levelup Hot Yoga studios is actually hot! There are a ton of Yoga studios in Toronto that call them selves hot but are warm at the most. If you love getting a good sweat, you can count on the heat here! They have made a few changes that are great! New clean, beautiful, showers and change room area. They play soft relaxing music and the new owners are very friendly and helpful. The teaching staff has a lot of the same teachers as before with a mix of new classes and teachers each offering their own lovely energy. The studio has added weights so you can take it up a notch if you want to. If you are new to Yoga and just want to get started or you are very advanced there is something for everyone... I love Levelup Inferno Pilates and Hot Yoga studio. It has been taken over by an amazing couple who have done a complete renovation. It is absolutely beautiful and so clean. In a nutshell, great location, schedule, teachers and atmosphere. I am signing up for the year and looking forward to making it my home and welcome everyone to join in. Looking forward to seeing the future growth of this studio.

So happy that this studio opened up! I'm a big fan of the Inferno Pilates classes at this studio. I love the sense of community and always feel amazing and accomplished when I leave class. Thank goodness new owners have taken over what used to be TNT hot yoga because there is no other studio else around the Bayview/Sheppard area that compares! What was already one of the best studios in the city is being updated and freshly renovated taking it to a much higher level. The classes are fantastic, one of the few studios that offers the 90 min hot yoga, the teachers are best in the city and the studio is the only one in the city with an entire wall of windows giving it tons of light and has sparkly lights in the evening to help you get your zen on! After spending a month in limbo I am SOOO happy to have this studio back! Congrats on a fantastic reopening and namaste!
