My grandmother is under the care of O'Neill in North Ridgeville, and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. While the care provided by staff has been satisfactory, there are other issues that have left me concerned. Why is it that someone who pays more than 3,000 per month is expected to provide her own washcloths? That seems like a pretty basic and inexpensive item that should be included in the cost of the care. We are thankful for the aide who let my grandmother know that we could bring them to her so she could avoid having to pay for them from the facility. I understand that this pandemic is a once-in-a-lifetime and challenging situation, but since we are unable to see her room, we have no idea what she needs. It would be nice to know these things to avoid incurring further expenses for someone with finite resources. She called us in tears days before Thanksgiving after learning that her holiday dinner would be a fried bologna sandwich (or a grilled cheese, if she chose to opt out). A fried bologna sandwich for Thanksgiving? Is management too cheap to even spring for turkey sandwiches for their patients? Thankfully, we were able to deliver a traditional Thanksgiving meal to her courtesy of Bob Evans. To top it all off, we just learned that my grandmother, who has been sequestered in her room for several weeks and unable to properly visit in-person with her family, has now somehow tested positive for COVID. I look forward to the day we can transfer her out of O'Neill for good and into a facility that truly has her mental and physical well-being in mind.

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here! Administration never responds to my many voicemails and no one is ever accountable for anything here. I can never get a straight answer. They are not consistent with their Covid visitation rules so either they are incompetent or shady. Inmates are treated better.

My father and mother in law were residents at O'Neill North Ridgeville. Nurses and aides provided such great care to both. The Director of Nursing was so helpful with the room situation for my mother in law, Social Worker very helpful and informative with our questions. They both enjoyed the food, our family felt welcomed when visiting. My father passed Oct. of 2018, and my mother in law passed Dec. of 2018, staff were so caring. I was very impressed O'Neill and would highly recommend their facility.

My grandparents have been cared for at this wonderful facility on multiple occasions. The staff expertly cared for all of their individual needs. They provided compassionate and competent care. Communication was excellent. The Director of Nursing is very involved and approachable. I highly recommend O’Neill North Ridgeville!
