The food felt like home cooked meal. Not too much masala or oil. I was hungry after a long journey and was little bit apprehensive however the taste of the food was particularly delicious. Prices are very reasonable. They don't have parking facility but there are ample space in and around the surrounding road. Overall, I will highly recommend the restaurant to everyone.

One of the best restaurants to taste ethnic cuisine in the town Lakhimpur. It has a very inclusive menu for its customers. Ranging different varieties of meat and fishes. The preparation process of the meat is also very diverse. The restaurant however offers both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian dishes. It is a best destination for pork lovers. The restaurant serves North Indian and Chinese menu also. The ambience of the restaurant is also very cozy and up class. There is also extra lounge for waiting for the customers. The dinning area is also very spacious. It could accommodate 50 people at a time. The fully air conditioned restaurant is a good choice for the visitors. They serve everything hot. Have wash room facilities as well.
Good food and service. Taste is also good. Normally lots of places used to serve food with so many spices in the name of Assamese food. But Maihang is really successful in serving the food with the aroma of assamese ethnicity.
Not ETHNIC Food restaurant. Foods have no or very less herbs, but have high amount of North Indian spices, salt and oil. If you're looking for any ethnic cuisine, this restaurant is NOT recommended. This is just a normal restaurant without any speciality. Average taste wise. Waiting time is around 10-20min for lunch/dinner, ingredients used in the food seems fresh, two person cost will be around 600/- for lunch/dinner. People aren't that professional, but behaviour is good, no complain there. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because they advertise as ethnic restaurant.
