Look their are some florists And pharmacies that deliver to Yale New Haven Hospital and they are pure pond scum. Why because they park on the sidewalk because they do not want to walk. However for the past year People's Pharmacy does NOT do this. Eli always parks in the parking spot and when I complemented him he said it was the right thing to do.Humble and polite. While the others say that they are there fora short time.

I’ve been waiting for months on medical supplies to the oxygen machine I have to use. Some days the machine will stop working for a period of time. I’ve called on numerous occasions about the machine and the supplies I need but still haven’t received anything nor has anyone come out to check the machine. It’s really frustrating that they seem to not care about taking 2 months to meet a patients needs who has trouble breathing. Every time I call I get the run around and it’ll take days for customer service to get back to me with an update as to why I am still without my medical supplies. It is very tiring.

Our experience with People’s Medical has been very good. We have rented equipment from them for my father, and the customer service has been terrific. One of their technicians, Jay, is always so helpful and always thoroughly explains everything to us so that we know how to tend to the equipment properly. And Jennifer - in the office - is very helpful, too. Everyone is very pleasant!

I cannot commend People's outstanding customer service enough, I recently was discharged from the hospital with the need for oxygen. I have never needed this before and the process and equipment was totally foreign to me. Both Louis at the hospital, Pricilla on the phone and especially Jay C at my home were outstanding. They were knowledgeable and broke down each step ,then had me do the \hands on\ so I would remember the steps of using both the main unit and the portable. Jay reviewed what to do in an emergency and by the time he was finished I was at ease with the equipment. Jay was very very patient. People 's Is a true pleasure
