I was pretty impressed with the technique and how the lessons where executed! We will be going back to take more classes! Cant wait to lean more from this experienced and professional team! With a open mind there is always room to learn and grow even for the most experienced person. Closed minds will only lead you to failure.

If you are looking for a good place to learn martial arts for you or your family, this is one of the best In the metro Richmond area. They are excellent instructors with an amazing ability to teach understanding and comprehension to adults as well as kids. I have trained off and on there for around 8 years. It’s like an old friend you haven’t seen in a while...as soon as you walk back in, you pick right up where you left off without skipping a beat. They don’t treat you like a number. They actually treat you like family.

This place is great. The way they motive kids to be the best they can be is rare. As for my experience. I joined to learn how to protect myself. The instructors taught me there is a difference between sport martial arts and street martial arts. I feel more confident than ever before. I am looking forward to earning my Black Belt with my martial arts family.

Great school friendly instructors with years of knowledge. Don't waste your time and money on the other school who rush the students to test just so the school can make a buck and the students don't really learn anything. This place is top notch. If your promoted it's because you earned it. This is the ONLY martial arts school in virginia.....hands down the best.

I took taekwondo years ago and didn't get very far cause I really had no flexibility and I hated doing forms. Never understood how they would help me if I had to defend myself. I found this place and it turns out I was just in the wrong martial art. These guys helped an old broken down guy feel strong again. I understand now that I don't have to be flexible or even that strong to defend myself against a bad guy. The instructors are really good and their always happy to see me. Stop playing around with martial arts meant for competition, that require you to learn things that are not needed in real life. I'm enjoying my new found confidence and I'm staying off the couch.
