I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Ron Marhofers. It was my first car buying experience & they rocked it. Catrina, Rick & Charlie were all so helpful. They never pushed the sale on me but definitely helped with the excitement of buying a car I fell in love with instantly. They even stayed 2 HOURS later on a Saturday to make sure my experience was nothing but the best. Everyone always says it's good to have a \car guy\, well I think I found mine !

My first experience at Marhoffer Buick/GMC was with the service department. I had a serious warranty repair issue from another dealer. This place went well beyond the required and got everything straightened out. So, what the heck I got my next Arcadia Denali from Jim Watt and was happy, but it was red. So the next one was everything I wanted and it was a lease. That went so well that I went to see Jim when the lease was up and he got me a loan and I bought the car outright. 5-star people here. ps: free coffee and popcorn. I have 8 plus years with them and my kids have a few also.

The most painless experience we’ve had at a dealership. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and respectful. Jim, Kyle, and Charlie were excellent. After we left we realized we made a mistake on some paperwork and Bethany went out of her way to help us fix it before it was too late. I would have no problem returning here for future vehicle needs
