Don't waste your time, go to Town Center Cold Pressed instead, they answer their phones, have a website for orders, and have a store you can actually walk into. I have been solely going to zeke's for smoothie bowls since before COVID but they have gone downhill tremendously since then. It's impressive how hard it is to place an order at the norfolk location, they don't have a website to place orders, will mess up orders through grubhub, and don't answer the phone. They let it ring once or twice without answering or will block well, then will pull the phone off the hook 30-45 minutes before closing. It's very difficult to place orders for offices or groups, let alone for yourself without going in person. Customer service at the door has worsened as well. Only redeeming factor is that the bowls are still good, if you manage to get one.

Very cool place! I enjoyed a spicy poke bowl and their seasonal homemade soda. It is crowded and not the easiest to find a seat but it has cool vibes! I felt like I was inconveniencing the cashier by ordering but still had a good experience! Will definitely be back!
Nice food. Fair prices, but Poke aint cheap food. NO inside seating, come to the door and order. Poke Bowl and Coffee smoothie was nice.
Freaking delicious! I love that you can get 2 off if you're substitute tofu for tuna, thank you so much! I really enjoyed the ambiance, the music was a delight and while I normally do not eat alone and restaurants, I felt perfectly happy to do so here. This is a Don't Miss, especially if you're a vegan!
It had been awhile since I’ve been to Zekes and ordered my go-to bowl. I got a craving and unfortunately, was very disappointed with the Cali bowl this time around. Perhaps the pandemic has business slow and in turn lower quality... the rice was dried out and hard, and the tuna just wasn’t the fresh quality I remember.
