Had a wonderful stay at this place for few months. This is the best place you could find in Sector 52 Noida if you are going for a PG according to me. Food is quite ok, cleaning is done daily, rooms are new and airy and very well maintained. Management is quite helpful. The fourth pic the owner has uploaded at top is of my room only.

Big rooms, good washrooms, 24 hour wifi facility, a TV in every room, secure location and neighborhood, nice breakfast and dinner served, polite helpers and value for money. Overall a decent place to stay.
A spacious PG for boys in sector 53. It is not too far from kanchanjunga market of sector 53. It's on the main road so you can easily find auto or taxi or any cab. Noida city center metro station is also not too far, You can board a personal auto who will take 50 INR to take you to metro station.
They lie alot. Service is pathetic.
