I have decreased the rating of this place from 5 star to 2 star. Writing this on 18/9/2020, the quality of food has greatly detoriated. There is no power back up, Cleaners are not available regularly, No laundry service provided and sometimes the lift does not work.

Waste of money. No respect for the tenants. Cheating managers. Racist management. Tenants lost weight while the manager n accountant have become chubby. Sometimes serving decaying food is the cost cutting strategy. Mosquito problem. One day chicken and balance 6 days stale food. Not worth the cost. No peace of mind to study. Not suitable for middle class students.

Jay P Home Stay has been my home for the past 2 academic years. This is perhaps the only place near Amity that I felt was worthy of staying, during my academic tenure at Amity University. This PG is hardly 500m from the university; it offers furnished rooms with attached bathrooms, quality food - three times a day with evening snacks & tea, CCTV surveillance, laundry facility, wifi, cab service to Amity Campus - All inclusive in the monthly rent. The best part is the variety of food served here; no food is repeated in a week. The menu varies from South Indian (Vada, dosa, idli, biriyani) to North Indian & Chinese. All in all, it has proved to be a great choice for stay!
