They had a mega walk-in interview for customer care executive on 06-02-2020, I decided to go for this interview as I'm looking for a job opportunity in Noida where I have recently shifted to from Delhi. After getting down at noida sec 15 metro and wandering around for 20 minutes I found their office in one of the inner lanes of sec 2 of this area. After completing usual formalities we were taken to a room in basement were a GD round was to be conducted, even before this GD could start around 6-7 candidates had to leave as either they hadn't completed their Graduation or they didn't knew English at all, after the GD started it was quite clear that many of the remaining candidates had mother tongue influence and weren't fluent when they tried to converse in English. By the time the GD was over it evident that I had best command over the language required for the mentioned post. On completion of GD round they sent around 5 of us back upstairs for interview with a \HR guy\ with whom I had a nice conversation where he mentioned again and again that how he could see \ I could easily fullfill the requirement of the job profile\ and the only issue he saw was of \stability\ to which I replied \I have recently shifted to Noida and I am looking for a full time job opportunity near by and stability won't be an issue\. After this I was told to wait outside for a while, 5 mins after this the guy walked out of the office whispered something to the reception lady while handing her some of the CV's, the reception lady called out my name and said some Nishta madam was not available and she would call me back the next day. The thing here is that I was clearly more then qualified enough for the Job profile and had good communication skills but still they rejected my candidature and didn't even had the decency to just communicate it properly to me.
